Within BookingsPlus you can define Public Holidays that will used globally across all the modules to determine when the organisation's PCs, rooms and other resources will be closed and unavailable.
With the PC Bookings configuration you can separately configure Closed Days when a specific location may be closed - for example if a specific library branch is closed whilst the other branches remain open
To globally configure Public Holidays:
Choose Intranet Administration from the top menu bar
Select Public Holidays
The public holidays configured for the system will be displayed.
To configure a date for when the PCs, rooms and other resources will be closed and unavailable: select the date, and optionally select the number of days to repeat.
To remove a public holiday click the delete (X) button to the right of the public day in the list.
