Set PC as "Out of Order"

Within BookingsPlus you can temporarily configure PCs as "out of order" which prevents them from being reserved and utilised.

This can also be used to temporarily ensure social distancing is maintained between Patrons using the PC (e.g. during COVID-19 restrictions)

After selecting PC Bookings from the Navigation Menu on the Home Portal , select the library to display all PCs.

Click on the PC you wish to set as "out of order"

Settings include:

• Out of order (yes, no)

• Action on next checkin (none, logoff, reboot, shutdown)

• Out of order message

• PC booking software enabled (yes, no)
