Closed Days

With the PC Bookings module you can configure the Closed Days when a specific location may be closed.

For example: if a specific library branch is closed whilst the other branches remain open.

These are in addition to the Public Holidays that will used globally across all the modules to determine when the organisation's PCs, rooms and other resources will be closed and unavailable

To configure the closed days for locations / library branches:

  • Choose Content Management from the top menu bar

  • Select PC Bookings (this link may have a different name depending on your menu configuration)

  • Choose the Closures link

Settings include:

  • Location

  • Reason and description of the closure (for example: closed for renovations)

  • Start date

  • End date
