Custom Fields (Global)

You can create an extensive range of user-defined fields that can be individually applied to each room

To configure:

  • Choose Content Management from the top menu bar

  • Select Room Bookings (this link may have a different name depending on your menu configuration)

  • Choose the Custom fields link

To create a new field choose Add Field

To edit an existing field choose the Edit icon for the required custom field.

Settings include:

  • Field label

  • Display label

  • Field comment

  • Compulsory

  • Print

  • Display in staff calendar view

  • Display on public view
