Opening Hours for Location

For each location you can configure the opening hours, the booking display interval (minutes) that will display in the calendar grid and whether the location will utilise the global Public Holidays.

To configure these settings for a location:

• Choose Content Management from the top menu bar

• Select PC Bookings (this link may have a different name depending on your menu configuration)

• Choose the clock icon next to the location name

Settings include:

• Location name

• Telephone

• Bookings display interval (minutes) that will display in the calendar grid when staff create/view bookings

• Number of minutes to prevent new self bookings before library closes

• When the location will utilise the global Public Holidays

• Opening and closing time for each weekday
